Distributor Program Terms
Application review, verified dealer publication and role-based partner access.
Application and approval
A saved application has a request reference and starts as pending review. Application submission, account activation or access to the separate portal demo does not establish an authorized distributor relationship. Appointment requires completed checks and a written agreement.
Country quotas
Authorized operators manage country territories, approvals and performance records in the authenticated partner workspace. Recorded quotas and statuses do not by themselves grant exclusivity or amend an agreement. Example quotas appear only in the separately labeled portal demo.
Responsibilities
Commercial coverage, sales targets, reporting, brand use, documentation and after-sales responsibilities are agreed individually.
Dealer verification
Public listings require confirmed identity, contact information, authorization scope and approval to publish. Pending applications remain internal.
Lead routing
Country and category inform proposed routing. Actual assignment, confidentiality and follow-up requirements belong in the distributor agreement.
Resources and access
Public reference catalogs and the public distributor sales kit are available in Resources. Assigned operational records and administrative tools require an authorized account and appropriate role. Access is limited to the operator's responsibilities and assigned organization. A public download does not become confidential because it is assigned in the workspace. The separate portal demo has no access to real partner records.
