How we handle business inquiries and partner applications.
No marketing subscription is created by submitting an inquiry.
Website forms
RFQ, document request, availability, warranty claim and distributor application forms send your contact information and requirements to Aimipaer (Shijiazhuang) Technology Co., Ltd for inquiry review, document-scope review, quotation preparation, support or partner assessment. Document requests are stored within the RFQ workflow with the selected document types and any selected catalog product. A required acknowledgement records your choice to submit. After saving a case, you may attach up to three PDF, PNG or JPEG files of 5 MB each. Do not include payment credentials or identity documents. Files are not malware-scanned and are served only as private downloads.
Local comparison state
Selected comparison product IDs are stored in session storage on your device for the current browsing session. Use Clear selection in Smart Compare to remove them.
Hosting and external services
The hosting server may record IP address, requested URL and browser information in operational logs. The application uses keyed hashes of the requesting IP and email for abuse limits. Fonts are served locally. WhatsApp and map links open external services governed by their own policies.
Contact information
If you choose to send an inquiry through WhatsApp, you control the message you send. Avoid sending identity documents or sensitive personal information unless a verified support channel specifically requires it.
Storage, access and retention
Records and uploads are stored outside public website files. Authorized operators and assigned partner roles access records according to their responsibilities. A private case token grants its holder status and attachment access; keep it confidential. Inquiries, their email queue and attachments expire after 180 days. Resolved rejected or replaced warranty claims and files expire 180 days after their last update; open claims, serial records and partner agreements remain for operational review and applicable order obligations. The separate public portal demo has no access to real records. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion, including retained backups.
Partner authentication
Administrator-issued accounts use hashed passwords and a secure HttpOnly session cookie on aimipaer.com. Sessions expire after eight hours or thirty minutes of inactivity. Single-use activation links expire after 24 hours. Account changes, logins and operational approvals are recorded in an audit log. No email password-reset service is active.
Email notifications
A request reference is issued after storage, independently of email delivery. When verified mail channels are enabled, the email provider processes a team notification and a confirmation to your supplied email. Until then, no notification is sent and the receipt states that email is inactive. Inbox delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy inquiries
This site is operated under the Aimipaer brand in China. Contact +86 180 3279 0389 through the contact page for access, correction or deletion requests, quoting your request reference. Verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed. Full contracting entity details must be confirmed in the written quotation.
