Batch traceability record
Inspection scope, acceptance thresholds and responsibilities are agreed for each order. This workflow is not a certification claim.
Reference factory QC checklist. Scope, facility, sampling, test methods and responsibilities require written agreement. These are workflow requirements, not completed inspection results or certifications.
Incoming material inspection
Match component identity, supplier lots, quantities and agreed incoming criteria to the released bill of materials. Record accepted and held material before assembly.
In-process QC
Define checkpoints, sampling, instruments, acceptance thresholds and responsible inspectors for the chosen production process. Record actual measurements rather than assumed passes.
Assembly inspection
Check workmanship, connections, fastening, polarity, accessories and work-instruction compliance as applicable to the product.
Functional testing
Test the agreed inputs, outputs, interfaces and operating behavior against the approved specification. Keep test conditions and results traceable to the batch.
Burn-in / stress testing
Where relevant and contracted, define duration, load, environment, sample selection and acceptance criteria before testing. This is not a claim that every catalog item has completed burn-in testing.
Pre-shipment inspection
Reconcile product and packaging against the released specification, sampling plan and order. Review unresolved issues before authorizing shipment.
Batch traceability
Connect component lots, assembly date, inspection results, serial or QR range, carton identity and release approval to the order and batch.
Nonconformity handling
Identify and hold affected units, record the deviation, review corrective action and document acceptance, rework or rejection. Release requires the designated reviewer's decision.
Requirement review
Record the product, operating environment, quantity, destination and technical constraints before product matching.
Sample and specification approval
Confirm drawings, dimensions, materials, interfaces, print layout and measurable acceptance criteria as relevant to the order.
Packaging verification
Review labels, barcode readability, units per carton, transport protection, branding and destination information against the agreed checklist.
Inspection support
Define inspection scope, sampling, evidence and responsibility before dispatch. Independent inspection and laboratory testing require a separately confirmed arrangement.
Shipment readiness
Coordinate the agreed product documents, commercial paperwork and packaging checks before the shipment handoff.
After-sales follow-up
Record reported nonconformities and supporting evidence so the responsible parties can review the case and agreed remedy.
