Website Terms
Using the catalog, inquiry service, partner workspace and warranty records.
Catalog information
Catalog entries describe reference products, service scopes and proposed configurations. Availability, price, specification and lead time require a written quotation.
No online purchase
The website has no checkout or payment flow. A submitted RFQ is a stored inquiry, not a purchase order, accepted quotation or supply contract. Email delivery and follow-up are separate from receiving a request reference.
Operational tools and separate demonstration
The RFQ service stores inquiries and issues a reference after saving. The partner workspace uses authenticated accounts and role-based access. Warranty verification checks registered records using a private verification code; a missing match requires manual review and does not prove a product is invalid. Only the separately labeled portal demo contains illustrative records. Neither a website account nor a demonstration grants distributor rights or commercial entitlements.
Orders and documentation
Binding product, delivery, acceptance and support obligations must be set out in the agreed order documents.
Brand and third-party names
Equipment and system names identify intended compatibility or application. They do not by themselves imply endorsement, affiliation or certification.
Product approval and documents
Consumer Electronics & Mobile Power, AI Core Hardware and the wider catalog currently include reference configurations. Illustrations and reference-edition PDFs are not final model photographs, approved specifications or test certificates. Final SKU, specifications, packaging, destination documentation and warranty must be approved for the order before supply.
Contracting details
Aimipaer (Shijiazhuang) Technology Co., Ltd is the confirmed company name. The contracting address, applicable contract provisions and authorized signatories must be established in the written agreement before a production transaction.
