Coverage by product and order
Consumer Electronics & Mobile Power catalog entries propose 24-month replacement coverage. Industrial ribbon entries propose 24 months. AI Core Hardware and other configurations require their own approved coverage. These are proposed reference terms, not a blanket warranty for every product. The final coverage period and remedy are determined by the written product and order terms.
Verification requirements
Review may require the serial or batch, product model, purchase date, seller details and proof of purchase. The live checker uses registered serial and private QR verification records. A missing record requires manual review; it is not proof of an invalid product. A claim can be stored with private attachments and tracked through its receipt.
Aviation media
Scan-performance and replacement commitments require agreed printer compatibility, sample acceptance, storage conditions and documented performance criteria.
Replacement workflow
Confirm the purchase channel, submit the product issue, provide requested evidence and await the authorized review outcome before returning any item.
Regional support
Support and return arrangements depend on the destination and verified partner availability. The public dealer locator does not publish unverified partners.
Product-specific exclusions
Storage, installation, misuse and transport conditions are reviewed under the written order policy. This website information does not add exclusions to an agreed warranty or limit rights that apply under mandatory law.
